Historic Restoration and renovations- “Where
does the new work start?” is one of my favorite sayings from people
that visit our projects. The ability to seamlessly blend the new work
into an old home is one of the things the craftsmen at Fabrizio pride
themselves on. Our aptitude of salvaging materials for future reuse and
the resources to acquire age appropriate materials for new work makes
the difference in a quality renovation or restoration with period detailing
versus an unsympathetic remodel. We recognize your home needs a team

Some of our projects date back to the Early 1700’s, a few from the Early
1800’s and a majority of them at the turn of the 20th century when getting
from Boston to the South Shore was a two day affair.

Second Homes or Vacation homes- When you
select a company to build, remodel and/ or provide property management
for your second home or vacation home, you entrust them with one of
your most valuable assets. You need a team of professionals that can
manage your project and carry out your vision of your dream home away
from home. Fabrizio Construction works with many out-of state clients
and professionals who travel frequently. We realize that these clients
can’t always be on site at weekly meetings to check progress
and get updates. We strive to provide the very best experience for
our clients by being in constant communication with updates through
email, digital photography and fax, minimizing the concerns of having
a project going on so far away. If necessary, Fabrizio Construction
performs meetings on site at off hours, weekends, etc. to help clients
with their busy schedules.
We also provide Property Management services
to clients that are away from their homes for any length of time, if
the home needs to be ready for your arrival or mothballed for the winter,

Custom Cabinetry and Millwork- Successful
teamwork with Architects and Designers help Fabrizio’s craftsmen
complete the client’s vision of the perfect wall of custom cabinets
or just the right profiles for the Dining Room’s raised panels
and crown molding. Sometimes we draw our inspiration for the custom
cabinetry or millwork from client’s
ideas and photos, the home itself or from our vast experience working
with homes of similar age and detail.
Real Estate Pre- Purchase walkthrough- we
will accompany you and your realtor to any number of homes you are
considering for purchase, to give a visual assessment of the home and
also discuss your project goals that are being considered for the home.
Construction Consulting- Acting as a third
party, Fabrizio Construction can review your project plans, specifications
and documents for your project. We can arrange weekly or monthly site
visits and progress reports, during or after working hours, to ensure
and review the building practices being engaged on your home are what
you desire and expect.
Light Commercial projects- If you are looking
for a contractor to build out or remodel your offices or buildings
that maintains the same quality of work and services performed with
